Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support for building management systems applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper integration with existing systems, troubleshooting application-related issues, and conducting training sessions for clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and Commissioning: Assist in the configuration and commission of building management system applications at client sites.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for application-related issues, diagnosing and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of BMS/ELV applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NITEC or Higher NITEC: In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering related field.
  • Building Management Systems Knowledge: Basic understanding of Building Management Systems and related technologies.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills.
