Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at the School of Professional Overseas Studies and Training PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and variety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Enquiry Handling: Handle and follow up on enquiries from parents, teachers, and students in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Liaise with parents and teachers to coordinate class schedules and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
  • No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior experience in administration, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Able to Commit: You must be able to commit to working 4 weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) and at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Semi-Retirees Welcome: We encourage semi-retirees and returning-to-work mothers to apply, as we value diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Willingness to Learn: You must be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Retail Hours: You must be comfortable working retail hours, which include evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingualism: While not required, bilingualism in Mandarin is preferred, as it will enable you to communicate more effectively with our Mandarin-speaking parents.
Centre Operation Hours:
  • Weekdays: 3pm to 9pm
  • Weekends: 9am to 5pm
