Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Duties: Perform shift duties as required by operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Task Execution: Follow up with Engineering P&P and carry out all assigned tasks by superior, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the repair, trouble-shoot, and perform preventive maintenance to the Building & M&E system to its ultimate operational level, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • System Monitoring: Daily check all building and its M&E system, equipment for faults, report, and follow up on the repair works, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.
  • Task Completion: Complete the assigned duty task/work before off-duty, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and commitment to the job.
  • Utility Management: Daily check and record the utility, ensuring that all resources are used efficiently.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor the service and maintenance of all equipment and controls, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Monitor the up-keeping, repairs, and repainting of the interior furnishing of the Hotel premises, including painting, varnishing, wallpaper, and carpentry works.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain a good working relationship among staff, ensuring that all team members work together effectively.
  • Handover: Hand-over all information and task to the next shift colleague, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Certification: Min. ITE Certification in Electrical/Building Services/Aircon with 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Able to multi-task and detail-oriented, able to perform shift duties.
