WINNER ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Digital Cost Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing modern digital skillsets and knowledge for quantity survey, data management, and analysis of MEP / HVAC / ACMV systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in tendering process and successfully bid for projects
  • Collect data for management and analysis of cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and procurement
  • Develop comprehensive and strategic cost estimates for tenders and projects, taking into account project specifications, current market rates, and labor costs
  • Work with Contract Manager to prepare and review contract documents, tender documents, and bills of quantities in accordance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and Singapore's regulatory framework
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and/or consultants for the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and quality control
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
  • Experience in MEP / HVAC / ACMV is an added advantage
  • Experience in Data Analysis concepts is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in modern digital solutions like modelling take-off software, RPA, advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, utilising AI / ML are an added advantage
  • Strong literacy in English and willingness to learn in a changing industry
