Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to internal teams by routing and processing internal team requests, reviewing peer work and completion processes, and interacting with both in-office and remote staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to internal teams using a service mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Route and process internal team requests
  • Review peer work and completion processes
  • Interact with both in-office and remote staff, including domestic and international groups on various time zones
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (BCom)
  • Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to respond to complex inquiries
  • Able to identify and resolve audit, tax, and other accounting issues
  • Motivated to take ownership of personal and professional growth and development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
