MFG Test Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an MFG Test Equipment Technician.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical skills to maintain and repair complex test equipment. As an MFG Test Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our test equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Capture information from supervisors and planning reports
  • Build an action plan to implement and communicate results
  • Assess and evaluate plan results, making necessary adjustments
  • Maintain equipment, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions
  • Evaluate problems using validated detailed troubleshooting methods
  • Ensure record keeping/documentation in equipment tracking system
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on area equipment
  • Select and utilize accurate test equipment and tools
  • Align with standardized procedures and guidelines
  • Stay ahead of process and equipment procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Monitor equipment performance and address deviations
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
  • Able to understand electrical/pneumatic schematics and design drawings, manuals, and procedures
  • Good team player with positive working attitude and initiative
  • Able to communicate through written and spoken English
  • Able to work 12 hours rotating shift
