Senior Cardiology Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Cardiologist to join its multidisciplinary team, providing specialist outpatient and inpatient care in the Department of Cardiology.

This individual will be responsible for participating in ward rounds, attending department or hospital teaching seminars, and representing the Centre at Coroner's requests or medico-legal hearings involving patients under the department's care.

In addition, they will assist in training and guiding junior doctors such as Resident Physicians, Medical Officers, Residents, and Senior Residents.


Key Requirements:
A basic medical degree and relevant postgraduate qualification such as MRCP or equivalent, recognized by the Singapore Medical Council.
An accredited Specialist in Cardiology with the Specialist Accreditation Board of Singapore.
At least 6-8 years of post-housemanship clinical experience.

Documented Proof Required:
Measles (or Mumps, Measles, and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity.

Diphtheria (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) vaccination taken within the preceding 10 years, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.

Candidates without these vaccinations are welcome to apply if they agree to complete the vaccination(s) before starting work upon successful interview and employment offer.

Only fully vaccinated applicants against Covid-19 (according to MOH's definitions) will be considered due to exposure risk.
