We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise SharePoint & M365 Developer to lead our Security Management ERP project from inception to delivery. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in architecting, developing, and supporting large-scale enterprise applications within secure environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on development expertise, and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions in complex ecosystems.
- Lead Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-based solutions, covering requirement gathering, architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Intranet Portal Development: Develop and implement secure, scalable SharePoint intranet portals and custom business applications aligned with ERP security management needs.
- Custom Component Development: Build custom components and workflows using Power Automate, PowerApps, SPFx, REST APIs, CSOM, and JSOM.
- Data Migration: Manage complex data/content migrations from platforms such as Livelink and SharePoint 2010/2013 to SharePoint Online using AvePoint (DocAve), Metalogix, and PowerShell automation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior engineers across multiple projects.
- 10+ Years of IT Experience: Min 10 years of IT experience across the full SDLC, with a strong focus on enterprise applications and intranet portals.
- 8+ Years of SharePoint Experience: Min 8 years of experience in SharePoint development (2010/2013/2016, SharePoint Online, and Office 365).
- Microsoft 365 Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, SPFx, and Office 365 integration.
- Strong Technical Skills: Strong development skills using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Database Technologies: Proficient in database technologies including SQL Server and Oracle, and experience with scripting in PowerShell.
- Migration Tools: Extensive experience with migration tools: AvePoint (DocAve), Metalogix, and custom-built migration utilities.
- SharePoint Architecture: Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, branding (master pages, page layouts), publishing features, and governance.
- Agile Project Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Incident Management: Strong working knowledge of incident management tools and support processes via ServiceNow or equivalent.
- ERP Integration: Experience with ERP integration projects, particularly in security and compliance-heavy environments.
- IT Governance: Understanding of enterprise IT governance, especially around data protection, access control, and role-based permissions.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments.
- Certifications: Preferred Microsoft power platform certified. Mandatory to have core solutions and SharePoint development certified.
