Quality Focused Senior Developer Position

We are seeking an exceptional software engineer to deliver high-quality, reliable software/data products to our customers. This includes functional and performance testing of web, API, data and platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test automation for all software/data products to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Plan, develop, automate and execute test coverage across web, API, data and platform.
  • Create and publish quality metrics/KPI to monitor quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create a test-driven culture that drives measurable improvements in quality.
  • Work with business owners, engineers and support teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Ensure performance testing of various software products and data pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience creating test plans, implementing test automation, performance and stress testing.
  • Hold a college degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Have 6+ years of QA engineering lead experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Experience building, shipping and maintaining software, preferably in a Cloud environment.
  • Proficient in coding languages such as Python, Java, Shell, C/C++ or equivalent language.
Preferred Skills:
  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience in cloud or distributed environments.
  • Test automation for acceptance, functional and regression test cases.
  • Designing and maintaining automation tests.
  • Data quality assurance.
  • Mobile application testing.
