Senior BIM Modeller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other disciplines to avoid clashes on BIM modelling, following BIM coordinator instructions on resolving clashes, ensuring systems, layers, filters, Revit Families, and their parameters are properly organized and follow best practices, setting up sheets for project deliverables, liaising with team leaders, engineers, and BIM coordinators regarding submission requirements, supporting design tasks if needed, and guiding junior staff on modelling issues.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and developing BIM models for M&E services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of BIM software and processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools.
