As a healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team. Your primary duties will include registering patient visits, issuing queue tickets, retrieving or creating patient records, and assisting with tasks at the front counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration of patient's visit and issuance of queue ticket
  • Billing enquiries and cashiering duties
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients and advising on necessary tests/investigations
  • Assisting in preparing clinic reports
  • Liaising with doctors, nurses, and internal departments on patient matters

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. A minimum of N/O/A levels/Diploma is required, and no prior experience is necessary as full training and guidance will be provided during work.

The successful candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months and start work immediately as positions are urgent.

Responsibilities will also include:

  1. Issuing medication to patients
  2. Managing patient flow in the clinic
