About This Role

This is a senior-level position that oversees the management of a retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Uphold the company's brand identity and showcase products through strong product knowledge and storytelling.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term customer loyalty.
  • Guide and support the team in effective CRM usage and follow-up.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay alert to business performance and implement timely corrective measures.
  • Oversee adherence to operational standards, including cash handling, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Coordinate internal communication regarding compliance requirements.
  • E nsure the security of staff, customers, and merchandise.
  • Compile and manage sales performance reports.
  • Collaborate with human resources on talent acquisition and training programs.
  • Assess and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in fashion retail, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • PREFERABLY working experience in ready-to-wear.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail and organization.
  • Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Brand-appropriate personal presentation.

  • Talent/client network is a strong plus.
