Seeking an experienced Pet Groomer and Animal Care Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of a grooming centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pet grooming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day business operations of the grooming centre, ensuring efficient scheduling and equipment maintenance.
- Perform pet grooming services based on best practices and customer needs, maintaining the highest standards of animal care and safety.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying new knowledge and skills to improve performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in pet grooming, with a proven track record of success.
- Possess relevant certifications or qualifications in pet grooming or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.
