Job Title: Clinical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

About the Role:
This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. You will be responsible for preparing patients for health screenings and radiology services, assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, and handling registration, appointment bookings, and phone inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for health screenings and radiology services.
  • Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
  • Handle registration, appointment bookings, and phone inquiries.
  • Follow up with patients on feedback and concerns.
  • Interact and coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment/instruments.
  • Collate patients' medical results and documents assessment findings.

Requirements:
  • Recognized qualification in nursing field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to multitask.

Benefits:
  • 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday; Half Saturday).
  • Location: Lucky Plaza.
