Event Visuals Role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Visual Experience Specialist to support the visual needs of our events in Singapore. You will be responsible for designing impactful event visuals, large-format prints, digital assets, and stage designs that elevate event experiences and align with brand guidelines.

  • Create event-related materials such as event backdrops, stage visuals, banners, photo booths, props, signage, and printed collaterals.
  • Design digital assets for event promotions including social media posts, EDMs, and presentation slides.
  • Work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to conceptualize creative themes and visual directions for various events.
  • Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure artwork specifications are met for production.
  • Evaluate all designs against branding and event requirements.
  • Manage multiple event design projects with tight timelines.
  • Support on-site visual setup when required.

About the Role

You should have experience in graphic design, strong aesthetics, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality visuals within tight deadlines.
