Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement curriculum and programs that meet the needs of children, including identifying emerging trends and innovating to enhance the learning environment
  • Build collaborative relationships with centre staff, families, and community partners to promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Conduct routine caregiving and continuously seek ways to improve the quality of care and service
  • Uplift professional practice by promoting the vision, mission, and values of Busy Bees Nurseries, and innovating to deliver high-quality service standards

Requirements:

  • At least a L1 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma In Early Childhood – Teaching
  • Strong communication skills - spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents, and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures
  • With or without teaching experience; but highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about promoting children's learning and development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
