Senior Audit Professional
A senior audit professional is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments. They work with clients listed on various stock exchanges, including those in Singapore, across different industries. Key responsibilities include identifying and discussing accounting and auditing issues with managers or partners, reviewing audit working papers prepared by junior team members, and managing client expectations while providing timely updates and feasible solutions to their queries. Senior professionals also prepare recommendation letters to enhance business efficiency and special reports as needed. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accountancy or an equivalent qualification, such as ACCA or CA. A minimum of four years of relevant experience in auditing is required for this position, with two years of experience considered for a semi-senior role. Proficiency in audit software and tools is essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and high ethical standards. Training will be provided.
