Part-Time Business Educator

About this Part-Time Business Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging part-time business educator to join our academic community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective business lessons and providing timely feedback and guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective business lessons in line with the curriculum requirements.
  • Prepare lesson materials, assignments, and assessments according to the academic syllabus and calendar.
  • Monitor and support students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Apply differentiated teaching methods to meet diverse student learning needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to address students' academic or pastoral concerns and provide solutions.
  • Mark and grade assessments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Pre-University or Foundation Programme setting.
  • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student growth and development.
