  • Create and facilitate training sessions focused on ISO quality management systems.
  • Examine materials for any physical defects and confirm traceability to Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
  • Guarantee compliance with both regulatory and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and suppliers to perform material assessments.
  • Compile and submit daily reports, including any rejection documentation.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are regularly calibrated.
  • Generate concrete-related documentation for submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Inspect the installation of concrete sleepers, monitoring for any deformation issues.
  • Educate supervisors on conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on rail welds and closely analyze the outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles aligned with ISO standards.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO quality management systems and relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Experience in railway-related projects is highly advantageous.
