Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:

The Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in managing complex production processes, ensuring the smooth operation of state-of-the-art factory facilities. This position requires a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Metrics Management: Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize production workflows.
  • Prediction and Mitigation: Predictively identify and address potential production bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals and ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, staff operation efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in a foundry setting.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong project management skills, good communication skills, self-demanding, committed to innovative solutions, proficient in Excel(VBA) & SQL or Tableau for data analysis.
