As a Strategic Student Engagement Officer with THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall student experience and fostering meaningful connections between students, alumni, and industry partners.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized professional with a strong background in customer service and administration, preferably within an educational institution. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $3,250-$4,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Career Services
    • Provide personalized career guidance to students and graduates, helping them achieve successful placements.
    • Coordinate internship placements for students, ensuring seamless integration into their academic programs.
    • Develop and deliver career development workshops to equip students with essential employability skills.
    • Plan and execute industry engagement events, facilitating opportunities for students to connect with professionals and learn from their experiences.
    • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with industry leaders, driving mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Alumni Relations
    • Build and sustain relationships with alumni, engaging them in meaningful ways and keeping them informed about the School's developments and needs.
    • Represent the School at alumni meetings and events, fostering a sense of community and connection among alumni.
  • Student Activities
    • Conceive, develop, and implement programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of students, working closely with the Director of Academic Services.
    • Set clear performance targets, goals, and priorities for each program, aligning with the strategic plan of the School.
    • Liaise with Student Committees and Clubs, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Ensure accurate and accessible information regarding the activities program, maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.
  • Campus Events
    • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of orientation programs, new arrival support assistance, and graduation ceremonies, ensuring smooth transitions for students.
    • Oversee the organization of symposia, seminars, and conferences related to campus-led initiatives and research development, working collaboratively with University personnel.
