Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of new materials and processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform chemical analysis to ensure product release and testing projects meet quality standards.
  • Verify that testing procedures are followed and documented.
  • Identify and isolate unusual contamination sources to prevent quality issues.
  • Develop and implement test method validation protocols for microbiological control processes.
  • Ensure documented sterilization procedures are available and monitor sterilization facilities.
  • Train new laboratory staff and assess training effectiveness.
  • Supervise junior technicians and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Manage laboratory consumables purchase, inventory, and expenditure.
  • Investigate microbiological, environmental, and chemical analysis failures.
  • Conduct or review internal calibration and maintain calibration records.
  • Verify tagging and certificate of analysis for product release.
  • Review test results from QA technicians.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical.
  • No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
