Contract Patient Service Associate Executive
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Patient Service Associate Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating surgical operation lists at various hospitals, providing financial counselling to patients undergoing surgery, and arranging appointments for medically compromised patients to be seen at Specialist Outpatient clinics.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the day-to-day operation of pre-surgery and listing, including financial counselling, fasting instruction, and appointment scheduling/rescheduling.
- Coordinate and liaise with clinics across various hospitals on the surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing, and data collection.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
- Assist in system enhancement and user acceptance testing (UAT) for projects.
- Support in complaints handling and investigation.
- Guide and supervise junior staff.
