Senior Accountant Job Description">

The Senior Accountant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial statements, statutory forms, and tax computations. As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and finalizing corporate tax computations, estimated chargeable income (ECI), and quarterly withholding tax filings with IRAS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing supporting documentation for external audits
  • Supporting internal audits and quality assurance initiatives
  • Finalizing draft financial statements and notes to accounts
  • Preparing ECI and quarterly withholding tax filings with IRAS
  • Updating tax reporting systems quarterly
  • Preparing projections for specific items in balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other key performance indicators

Additionally, you will analyze and comment on major fluxes with prior projections, provide assistance to other areas within finance as needed, and collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or related field
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Accounting functions
  • Proven experience in preparing financial statements and managing tax compliance
