Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver assigned projects, working closely with the producing team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Creative/Art Directors to define project strategy, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Improve existing project documentation flow, including proposals, contracts, budget breakdowns, schedules, and reports.
  • Act as intermediary between clients and the team, managing client relationships and representing the project.
  • Bring creative thinking to diversify our company's portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and announcements in multimedia and virtual production.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in video production, post-production, interactive media/installations, or live entertainment.
  • Knowledge of the shows or events business and trends in live, virtual, and hybrid events is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with the creative production process, from concept to delivery.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in organization.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication, and people skills.
  • Skilled in project management, able to coordinate resources and establish KPIs.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and self-directed.
  • Able to work independently and with professional discretion.
