Job Title: Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, boost brand awareness in Singapore’s competitive dining market, and drive tangible business results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Awareness & Market Positioning:
    • Create comprehensive brand awareness campaigns to establish our presence in the local dining scene.
    • Develop distinctive brand identity and messaging that differentiates us from competitors.
    • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and brand positioning opportunities.
    • Develop brand recognition strategies through consistent visual identity and messaging.
    • Track and increase social media post reach and engagement volumes.
    • Convert brand awareness into measurable restaurant foot traffic and customer visits.
    • Build brand credibility within Singapore’s wine and fine dining community.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and grow our presence across multiple platforms.
    • Create platform-specific content strategies tailored to each channel’s audience.
    • Develop engaging visual and video content designed to drive restaurant visits and reservations.
    • Post regularly across all platforms with focus on maximizing reach and engagement.
    • Execute targeted advertising campaigns to increase foot traffic.
    • Optimize content strategy for each platform to convert online engagement into actual customers.
    • Track platform-specific metrics including post reach, impressions, and conversion to visits.
    • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
  • Content Creation & Production:
    • Develop high-quality visual content including professional food photography and styling.
    • Produce engaging videos showcasing dishes, wine selections, dining atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes content.
    • Write compelling captions and copy in both English and Mandarin for different audiences.
    • Maintain consistent visual brand identity across all created content.
  • Public Relations & Industry Presence:
    • Build relationships with industry professionals and participate in events.
    • Establish our presence as a thought leader in the local wine and fine dining scene.
    • Coordinate with luxury brands and complementary businesses.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics:
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators: social media post reach volumes and customer visit numbers.
    • Establish clear correlation between marketing activities and restaurant traffic.
    • Analyze customer visit patterns and optimize marketing timing accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience & Education:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong brand building and strategic marketing experience.
    • Expert knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
    • Advanced content creation skills including photography, videography, and video editing.
    • Bilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin preferred) – essential for content creation.
