Process Associate Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Associate Engineer to support our engineering activities and daily production operations.

The ideal candidate will have related experience in Semiconductor and LCD processes and be able to work in both day and night rotating shifts, as well as flexible shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Process Engineers in process recipe setup and qualification for production, process monitoring and improvement, troubleshooting process-related issues, performing lots on hold and disposition, and engineering data collection.
  • Support production line by ensuring process integrity for machines is in place for production, maintaining good housekeeping in the production area, and coordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure efficient work execution and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Minimum 1 year of process experience in AOI.
