Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of our cleaning teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest level.
- Coordinate with our cleaning teams and clients to ensure that all cleaning requirements are met and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
- Monitor and control inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules to ensure that our cleaning teams have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
- Manage and prepare for contracts with existing and potential clients, ensuring that all agreements are met and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
- Develop and review work procedures to ensure that our cleaning teams are working efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work on weekends (6 days a week) and travel to multiple sites within Singapore.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsive and approachable, with strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Able to negotiate and manage contracts with clients.
- Strong coaching and management skills, with ability to develop and implement training programs.
