Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Datamart Reporting Consultant to drive one of our client's Murex activities and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong front-to-back expertise in the cash and derivatives markets, coupled with in-depth knowledge of financial markets technologies.

The successful consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, performing impact analysis, developing, and supporting change requests, projects, and new product development. They will also provide production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Datamart/Interface Streams.

In this role, you will develop expertise and participate in building Murex Interface/Reporting solutions. You will also utilize MxML Exchange, MxOpenConnect, Murex APIs, and Datamart to deliver solutions successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gather requirements and perform impact analysis
  • Develop and support change requests, projects, and new product development
  • Provide production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Datamart/Interface Streams
  • Develop expertise and participate in building Murex Interface/Reporting solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant discipline
  • 2-5 years of Murex experience in Datamart and Interface - Reports Development, Batch Feeders/Exchanges, or Interface - MxML Interface, Workflow
  • Strong programming skills in Java (Apache Camel)
  • Familiarity with SQL, XML, Linux, Unix system commands, and Shell Scripting
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities, and meeting business expectations
  • Customer-driven mindset, team-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality service
