Job Description:

Data Center Operations

As a Data Center Maintenance Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on facility equipment, managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations. Your duties may include planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment's, developing site-specific documents, preparing service reports, ensuring safe working conditions, and adhering to established standards and local legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment's, including but not limited to chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU), fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) batteries, and generators.
  • Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
  • Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
  • Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.

Requirements:

Basic Requirements
  • Tech College Degree, Qualified Technical Diploma, or NITEC Certification.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written technical communication and enthusiastic about the maintenance of data centers or critical facility environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and capable of managing priorities effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment.
