Field Operations Technician

This role involves monitoring, assisting and performing ongoing operations at the tank farm and jetty area. The primary responsibilities include ensuring that pipeline systems are lined up, pipes, pumps, valves and tanks are inspected to ensure discharging, loading, processing and tank-to-tank transfers are carried out in accordance with company procedures.

The technician will also be responsible for carrying out first-line maintenance tasks such as replacing blinds, greasing of valves and oiling of operational equipment. Additionally, they will assist in daily operations, including proper housekeeping at site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assist in ongoing operations at the tank farm and jetty area
  • Lining up pipeline systems
  • Inspecting pipes, pumps, valves and tanks
  • Carrying out first-line maintenance tasks
  • Assisting in daily operations and housekeeping
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with a diploma or higher qualification in engineering disciplines are welcome
  • Ability to perform outdoor fieldwork
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including alternate weekends)
  • Travel to offshore islands (near Jurong Island) with monthly allowances provided
  • A Class 4 driving license is an added advantage
