    • Supervise and manage a team of dispatchers and drivers to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and to the correct location.
  • Optimize Logistics and Routing
    • Learn and familiarize yourself with our dedicated transport management system.
    • Assign and optimize the best routes for drivers to ensure that they are able to complete their deliveries efficiently.
  • Manage Dispatch and Task Allocation
    • Allocate tasks to dispatchers and ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
    • Fill in as a dispatcher when needed, including scanning QR codes, collecting totes and cooler boxes, and loading goods onto vehicles.
  • Monitor and Ensure Delivery Success
    • Monitor the loading of goods onto vehicles to ensure that all items are accounted for.
    • Ensure that all failed deliveries are returned to the person in charge at the store.
  • Communicate and Collaborate
    • Communicate and sync with other store managers and personnel on our dedicated communication platform to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members
    • Maintain dispatcher job results by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in store operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
