Job Title: Assortment Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Assortment Planner to join our team at JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing assortments for 3rd Party Platforms (3PP) digital channels across the SEA&I region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement assortment strategies to drive sales and revenue growth on 3PP digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure product availability and readiness for launch on digital channels.
  • Analyze consumer insights and behavioral data to inform assortment decisions and marketing approaches.
  • Coordinate and lead efforts across cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to bring campaigns and seasonal initiatives to life.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sell-through, traffic, and consumer engagement on 3rd party platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or related field.
  • Experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or product management, preferably with exposure to 3rd Party Platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) in the SEA&I region.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with experience building relationships with external platform partners.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and familiarity with digital advertising strategies (SEO, SEM, social media marketing) is a plus.
