English Language Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking experienced English language instructors to join our team. We require confident communicators who are passionate about helping adult learners improve their English fluency and confidence in everyday and professional contexts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, Linguistics, Education or related fields. A recognised English teaching qualification is essential, along with minimum 1 year of experience teaching adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct engaging and level-appropriate English lessons for adult learners
  • Teach a range of courses including General English, Business English, Exam Preparation, Conversation and Speaking Confidence
  • Create lesson plans and select materials aligned with learner needs and CEFR levels
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate progress reports
  • Contribute to curriculum improvement and in-house training when applicable
  • Conduct trial lessons and placement assessments as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in English, Linguistics, Education or related fields)
  • Recognised English teaching qualification (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching adult learners (in-person or online)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Comfortable teaching both group and private lessons
  • Positive, professional, and adaptable to diverse student backgrounds
  • Passionate about helping students build confidence in real-world English use
