As a Client Platform Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing End User Support and managing client interactions.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to client platforms.
  • Responding swiftly to incidents, investigating issues, and delivering both temporary and permanent solutions while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Handling service requests associated with client platforms.
  • Monitoring service levels, documenting system configurations, and generating regular reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Participating in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Coordinating with vendors for hardware replacements.
  • Managing asset records and performing asset management tasks.
  • Overseeing user account management, including password creation, resets, and deletions.
  • Administering local servers to support software distribution and patch management.
  • Ensuring project deliverables align with service level agreements and proposing action plans as necessary.
  • Establishing best practices for facility management to ensure operational consistency across teams.
  • Submitting progress reports on ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of Higher Nitec or Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in Technology Administration, with some knowledge of networking being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong technical skills will be considered a plus.
  • A self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven approach with a positive attitude.
