As a Finance Executive in our AP team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vendor relationships and resolving any discrepancies
  • Processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate vendor records and payment schedules
  • Preparing and processing payments on time
  • Providing support during month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • GCE O Levels or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in AP function
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
