Job Overview:

As a Group Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on all aspects of law and regulations in Singapore.

  • Provide strategic legal support to the business departments by advising on commercial contracts, developing standard Terms & Conditions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: lead the legal assistance on business development activities, assist in negotiations, and ensure the drafting and reviewing of corporate transactions.
  • Corporate Secretarial: manage company incorporations, secretarial services, business registration, and renewal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Regulatory: draft, review, and evaluate internal policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications:
