Job Description

You will be working with the AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team to deliver safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all international products.

As a Global Resource Planner, you will manage the resource planning cycle and process for ADSO to ensure operational efficiency at scale.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop resource plans for operations delivery teams within ADSO.
  2. Collaborate with operations delivery teams to establish planning parameters and review ad-hoc resource requests.
  3. Analyze data to assess operations volume and performance trends.
  4. Implement process improvement initiatives to regularly enhance the resource planning process.
  5. Manage capacity delivery schedules and utilize data-driven analysis to model various deployment scenarios.
  6. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop capacity monitoring and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or statistics.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, resource management, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and other tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
