Salary: We offer an attractive salary package of SGD 45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a Guest Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our internal and external customers. Your key duties will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests via telephone, email or in-person;
  • Resolving issues and concerns through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Directing guest requests to relevant departments to ensure seamless delivery of services;

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:

  • A minimum of 6 months work experience in hotel operations;
  • Possession of good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in spoken Chinese (required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking guests);
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
