Shook Lin & Bok LLP is seeking a meticulous and well-organised IP Administrative Assistant to join their team.


Key Responsibilities

Manage clients' intellectual property records, ensuring they are up-to-date and organised.

Assist with the filing and prosecution of patents, trademarks and designs both locally and overseas, including preparation of relevant documents, correspondence and reports.

Track and manage deadlines related to clients' portfolios (patents, trademarks, designs, both local and foreign).

Manage day-to-day administrative matters and administration of intellectual property portfolios.


Requirements
  • Possesses a competent command of written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrates strong computer literacy skills in MS Office applications, familiar with IP software like DIAMS or Foundation IP.
  • Experience in handling IP filings via IPOS Digital Hub and WIPO is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience is required.
