Job Title: Hospital Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and compassionate individual to fill the role of Hospital Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory levels of food and linen supplies, ordering new stock as needed.
  • Assist nurses with meeting patients' nutritional needs and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital area, adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and colleagues alike.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift 25kg or more.
  • Familiarity with healthcare protocols and procedures.
