Electrical Failure Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical and physical failure analysis, root cause finding, and product yield improvement.
The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support, manage and prioritize FA requests, track performance indices, and undertake projects for continuous improvement.
In addition, the engineer will develop and establish new FA capabilities and techniques, liaise with external labs for advanced FA techniques, and ensure the quality and integrity of their work and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Basic engineering knowledge, including semiconductor devices theory, electronics, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system, and electrical wiring system
- Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor design layout and electronic circuits
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Good analytical skills
