About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to develop processes, system specifications, input-output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electro-mechanical systems that meet customer requirements;
- Work on device qualifications / applications and generate suitable processes to meet or exceed customer requirements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process solutions;
- Provide technical support to customers during new product or process introductions, equipment process buyoff and post-sales process troubleshooting;
- Assist in preparation of engineering plans and programs;
- Field visit or travelling maybe required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science related field;
- 2-5 years of process experience on high precision electro-mechanical components and systems;
- Working experience in semi-conductor industry preferred;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good presentation skills and report writing skills;
- Strong attention to detail and organization;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;
