Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cycling Specialist to join our team in Kallang SG Lab I. As a Cycling Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality retail experience, from a friendly and professional welcome to a unique online and offline retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Provide professional, technical, and friendly services to customers, including personalized advice and guidance.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment in the workshop, adhering to high standards of safety and hygiene.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to their problems.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided for 6 months as a starter.
- Passion for problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
