Job Description:

As a key member of our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plans for each subsidiary in Asia Pacific, ensuring alignment with factory capacity and customer demand.
  • To purchase orders and collaborate with factories and forwarders on stock replenishment and shipping plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • To develop and execute allocation strategies (order to factory or pick from stock) to optimize inventory levels in each subsidiary.
  • To prioritize production orders for selected products, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • To manage SAP master data, including setting up prices and item codes, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors, as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering discipline.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data analytic tools such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, and Power Query.
  • Experience in ERP systems, specifically SAP.
  • At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning.
