High-Tech Biomedical Software Development Specialist

The position of Biomedical Software Engineer is available in a cutting-edge environment where innovative ideas and expertise are valued.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable, but not mandatory for candidates with substantial industry experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL is necessary. Experience with image processing, healthcare, ISO standards, and medical devices is also beneficial.
The selected individual will work on prototyping projects involving automated small medical devices or diagnostic platforms for molecular/immunological tests. They will be responsible for designing and fabricating microfluidic devices for digital detection assays from proof of concept to validation.
The engineer will collaborate with the team to develop camera-controlled systems, pneumatic & fluidic control systems, heater/cooler systems, optical sensors, and GUI-controlled apps.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent documentation and communication skills.
