Job Description

Vanguard Software is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our gaming product's quality assurance efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality, performance, and reliability in our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a lead role within the gaming industry. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and remotely with overseas teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading a QA team based in Vietnam, designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, collaborating with product managers, project managers, developers, and designers to define and refine project requirements, overseeing manual and automated testing processes, and identifying, tracking, and resolving software defects.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a QA team based in Vietnam
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead role within the gaming industry
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage QA tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and remotely with overseas teams
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality
