Business Development Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fund Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fund operations, with experience in leading fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with key service providers.

The ideal candidate will also have expertise in deal execution, investment structuring, tax planning, and coordination with legal and tax counsel. Additionally, they will oversee fund cash flows, including capital calls, distributions, and treasury operations.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in fund operations, preferably in private equity or private credit. A degree in finance or accounting, or a relevant qualification such as CPA, is highly advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead fund operations to ensure smooth execution of fund management and administration processes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee relationships with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and key service providers.
  • Collaborate with investment, finance, compliance, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment on all operational matters.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in fund operations, preferably in private equity or private credit.
  • Degree in finance or accounting, or a relevant qualification such as CPA.
