Job Title: Airport Operations Support Specialist
Description:We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Airport Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating daily flight schedules, coordinating aircraft ground time for maintenance tasks, and responding to on-call maintenance requests.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of airport activities.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and update daily flight schedules.
- Coordinate aircraft ground time for related maintenance tasks.
- Respond to and monitor telephone service for on-call maintenance requests.
- Document activity logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NITEC or higher qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in standard English.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
