Vessel Repair Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the repair, maintenance, and safe operation of our fleet of vessels.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage repair and drydocking projects, including scheduling and project costing.
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, automation, and hull repair works to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate system upgrades, modification works, and preventive maintenance, including spare part ordering.
- Lead accident/incident investigations, audits, and safety spot checks on vessels.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring repair project budgets, schedules, and progress; providing cost forecasts and variance reports; and maintaining accurate vessel documentation and certification status.
You will work closely with internal teams, clients, statutory bodies, classification societies, insurers, and vendors to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Requirements- Degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-7 years' experience in similar capacity from marine/heavy industries.
- Possess SRM Certificate.
- Able to make appropriate decisions and judgments, decisive and take proper actions.
